Located in a peaceful and central area (700 meters from the center with restaurants, taverns, bakery, and more), you’ll find a haven of tranquility surrounded by greenery, ideal for escaping everyday life.

Relax in the cozy 93 m² ground-floor holiday home, which features two separate bedrooms each with its own shower room, a fully equipped living kitchen, a conservatory, and amenities like cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Under the shade of a walnut tree in the garden, you can enjoy a cozy barbecue evening, savor a good glass of wine, or simply daydream.

The „Green Oasis“ is also an ideal starting point to explore Illmitz and the Seewinkel area around Lake Neusiedl.
